I have a 4-5 amazing cookie recipes that I make on a regular basis. I'm getting kind of bored of them.
Anyone care to share some of their tried and true amazing cookie recipes?

Cookies I have made: don't have all the recipes on me but here are some ideas: chocolate chip, chocolate crinkle, mocha crinkle, peanut butter, pumpkin doodles, sugar, snicker doodles, almond butter, oatmeal cranberry, chocolate mint, lace, brown sugar meringues with walnuts, almond biscotti, amarettis, pecan pie cookies, almond paste cookies.

Tichellady, some of those sound amazing! I'm in a bit of a cookie slump myself... but I only bake cookies without margarine. Are any of your recipes oil-friendly?

This is by far my most favorite recipe. Best cookies I've ever had! - I do alter the recipe, though. I use whole wheat flour, Brown sugar, and coconut oil instead of white flour, white sugar, and margarine/butter.
Be prepared for these not to last long.

Can you give exact amounts is your substitutions? Would you use Canola oil instead of butter/margarine?
