I'm looking for some cold soup recipes that are pareve, not fruit and don't have creamer. Ay ideas?

I have a gaspacho recipe, but if you have a better one, I'm all ears.

Any ideas? Thank you!

Alton Brown has a nice gazpacho recipe.
You can do chilled cucumber soup. Chilled avocado soup. Chilled corn soup.
I personally enjoy zucchini soup and cauliflower soup even cold.

I make a spicy hot curried orange lentil soup that is great cold, with some minted yogurt on top.

I do roasted peppers veloute served cold. (Technically it's not really veloute because I don't use roux.) You start with roasted peppers (stick to one colour, don't mix red/yellow/green), 1 large pepper per person. Core, seed, cut in quarter or enough to lay flat and broil till the skin is charred. Wrap up or cover in a clingfilm, let cool and peel. Don't discard the liquid that collects. Sautee 2 chopped onion till soft and transparent but before they brown, add 1 medium potato (peeled and cubed small) and 1/4 cup rice, season with salt, pepper, parve soup powder and add enough water to cover. Cook for 30-40min till rice and potato are tender. Tip in roasted pepper with liquid, cook for another 2-3min then turn off heat. Whizz in blender/food processor.

You can also do borscht, as well as chilled cucumber soup or chilled pea & mint soup.
These are all classic chilled soup.

There is also what is called white gazpacho based on almond
and bread, but it's usually very garlicky and I'm not a big fan personally.

Some people just serve Bloody Mary or Virgin Mary cocktail in lieu of soup.

I make mango gazpacho, pineapple gazpacho, cold avacado soup with corn chips and corn on top, cold corn soup with Avacado and corn chips, and cold zucchini basil soup. I find that cold puréed soups need some sort of crunchy topping so they don't taste like baby food.
