I live in Yerushalayim, and I see tons of people wearing these colored, textured skirts. I heard they are only 50-60 shekel. Anyone know where I can get them? Preferably in Geula...

What do you mean by "colored, textured" skirts?
Are these knee-length skirts? Or longer?
What kind of texture? Tweed?

Yes they run between 30 and 70 shekel. They are great, I have a few,though some companies are made better then other. I have one that pilled terribly when I washed it.
There are a few stores that sell them on Paran for abt 50, there is also a store on the entrance the machane yehuda shuk that sells them for 33 nis!
There are also a store in center one. I'm don't know about geula, as I rarely shop there.

I'm not sure if it's the same skirt, but I've seen knee-length colored skirts in Zoya on Yaffo for great prices.
