Hi. Have you been in touch with the real estate agents? They definitely do some rentals. A couple whom I am friends with are agents in Passaic/Clifton, if you'd like their contact info, PM me. In general the homes that best meet your description are in Clifton.

Passaic homes tend to be old with small properties. Not what you're describing. If you're interested in speaking to a realtor who should have a handle on what's available (I've never rented a house, only purchased) Call Miriam Lebovits from dwell realty.
