the fully attached houses can sometimes be more roomy and they are usually cheaper

yes that is true, fully attached can be in the 600s .. they seem so claustrophobic to me.. interesting that you are saying they are sometimes roomier .. maybe I will look into that more. thx!!

the ones that are halfway attached are very narrow but both are usually wider but shorter

There's nothing "wrong" with marine park but my impression of the area is that majority are more "Flatbushy" and less "yeshivish." Please excuse all the labels. Just trying to explain why I don't think it's for us. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Marine Park has the name of being quite flatbushy.
Is it actually as flatbushy as its reputation?
I don't know- I assume it's a mix of some very flatbushy, some not flatbushy at all, and some in the middle.
But probably not the place to move if you're looking for that out-of-town flavor (which is hard to find anywhere in brooklyn).
