Do you mean for patties you will cook? For that I do not put in mayo; just eggs, filler (cornflake crumbs, bread crumbs, etc.) and seasonings.

a bit of mayo in it is a prob? ye for frying it..I already made the tuna just wanted t do patties instead of plain tuna+mayo

I put in mayo all the time, in addition to the eggs. 1 scant tablespoon per 2 cans of tuna. I find it keeps the patties moist.
