lovemytwins can you give a recipe for the broccoli please? looking for this type of recipe. pleeeeeese?

I've never used an exact recipe, this is what I do.
We like the broccoli soft so I cook the broccoli in water for a while until it's tender. If you need a small portion bake a potato (usually with skin) until soft, cut it open, put broccoli in the middle and cover with cheese. Either bake or broil until the cheese is melted.
I usually make a larger portion so I make a 9x13 pan. Cut up potatoes and bake them. I add the soft cooked broccoli, then, put cheese all over the top and bake it until the cheese melts.
