I just got onto CHS. What are names of places that accept CHS. My baby will be a year in September. Also I would prefer a place near wesgate or yeshiva area. Tia

I think there is a daycare in Westgate that accepts CHS.
(CHS is a program that subsidizes daycare for low-income families with young children whose parents both work more than 30 hours a week.)

What area are you looking at? There is ready set grow on 4th and Monmouth, kiddie zone on park and county line, kids place in industrial park, peek a boo on James, kiddie care by chemed and they opened a 2nd location on sumerset and county line, there is someplace on pine I think it is after sumerset walk. You need to see who has openings in middle of the school year.

I need somewhere near county line- the one on sommerset sounds good. where can I get their number from?
its so annoying bec its the middle of the year so mist places are full but we just got in to CHS now...
also, I heard that some chs places arent so nice-- they are not so clean or warm and caring to the kids. anyone send to these places and know what they r like?

DIL sends 2 kids to Gittys Gan. She is very happy this year. Last year not so thrilled (she started in middle of the year when they got on to CHS) but this year, she said they made so many improvements and she is really satisfied.

lol- at least she is at home!!! she is good at amusing herself so I would think that makes it easier on a babysitter...

How does one apply for CHS in Lakewood? Do both parents have to be working to qualify?

Yes, both parents need to work. Or one can be a student (learning in BMG qualifies)
