I'm looking to buy an umbrella stroller for my 1 YO. I want something light, but sturdy enough that it can handle going up and down stairs. I also would like a hood. A basket is nice but not necessary. I would like to spend as little as possible for the features I described.

I already have a full sized stroller that I like a lot. I just want a cheap umbrella stroller to take to the babysitter and for when I don't want/need to push or travel with a big stroller.

Adjustable hood, hanging bag, cheap.
I'd carry him up and down the stairs though. Don't expect it to last more than one kid.

The first wheels one might be a good choice. It costs about $50 and higher and sturdier than a cheap umbrella. It has a basket and the seat reclines a little (on the higher model). I have it and I'm happy. I bought mine in quick aid pharmacy in Bp. I believe amazon also sells it.
