We are considering a move to Baltimore from a different state, specifically to the Beazer community. I would like to know about the families-- hashkafa, friendliness, general dynamics-who live in that area. We would probably send our children to TI, if that helps. Thanks!

Past Ranchleigh, near BY MS and HS...
Did you speak to Aliza Wein at all? She is a realtor who lives there and can give you a good feel of the community her husband also serves as the rav there I think.

Aliza Wein is probably the best person to contact. She is a great real estate agent and her husband is the Rav of the neighborhood. I have been in Beazer at a relative a couple of times and have been to the shul. The women have a shiur shabbos afternoon in the spring/summer and there is a kiddush after Davening for the men. The neighborhood has a very nice community feel. The families seem like a really nice mix and the houses are beautiful.
