Look for a baby/childrens consignment store in your neighborhood. They usually carry nice condition items for reasonable prices.

as little as possible. a new one you can get for $100-150 at times. I want to know where to find that or where to find a very gently used one for 75-100.

I bought a barely used McLaren Volo on eBay two years ago. I kept checking eBay for weeks until I found something. It wasn't a color I was thrilled with but the condition was great and the price was right. We love the stroller. Worth it to keep checking.

Craigslist. Be willing to travel a little, some neighborhoods will have better items than others - for example you are probably most likely to find a lightly used good-quality stroller in an area that tends to be more affluent and where people tend to have just 1-2 kids. Think central Manhattan as opposed to Boro Park. They might have had a separate stroller for travel and for everyday, so the travel stroller isn't so worn and the everyday strollers from good brands should be able to handle a lot more than one child's wear.

See if you can find a store near where you live. They sell gently used clothes, books, dvds, strollers & other baby gear. You might find what you want.
