I was thinking of making grilled chicken cutlets for before the fast - something that can be served room temperature / warm (vs hot).
Does anyone have a recipe that isn't salty or spicy and tastes good even when not hot?
TIA!

I season with salt, pepper and garlic powder and pan sear until grilled. Wrap I'm foil immediately to seal in juices. Serve at room temperature. Nice sliced on the diagonal over a salad or pasta dish. Use a bit less salt than usual.
