Was just about to out it on, and I'm wondering, because I'll be wearing it when Tisha B'Av comes in until I can take it off, and then I would have to wash. Anybody have any idea?

Having make-up on on Tisha B'av is not a problem and not the same as putting it on before Chatzos.

One who is scrupulous about such things might remove it before the taanis to avoid the problem of mar'it ayin. Question is, do you really want that glop on your face for approximately 50 hours straight? Foundation and cheek color would probably have worn off, lip color would have without question, but what about mascara? Yuck.
