I wanted to know if anyone here knows poeple who bought/is buying a house in the new develepment called The Woods in Lakewood. If yes, what type are they? How old?

It's a young crowd, I don't think anyone who bought has kids in high school yet. It's yeshivish/working type.

I don't know, the website says 1 or 2 units might be available. Starting price 609 k.
