I felt ok during the fast. I stayed at home. But I've been having cramps in my belly/gut afterwards. Is it just me? I've noticed this before,but I blamed myself for gulping down liquids. But this time I ate/drank slowly and was still. suffering from intestines cramping. The next day, late afternoon, I was sobbing from pain, almost as bad as labor. I plan on at least dis,cussing it with my Dr. since the pain was localized, but is this normal? Anybody else like this?e
