What kind of shoes do teenage boys wear to school? Up until now my ds has worn only sneakers but the high school he will be going to prefers the boys to wear shoes. I am clueless...

It very much depends on where you live. My first instinct is loafers, though.

Sneakers.
Some of the "spiffier" boys wear moccasins occasionally, and a couple of the boys try to sneak in with Crocs, but the majority wear sneakers.
