My landlord is redoing his first floor apartment floors with newer? healthier? Moisture cure. We live upstairs and share downstairs hallway. Do we need to leave and for how long? He said it should take about 3 days.

That information would be on the product label. I'd ask the LL if I could read it and then make my decision based on the labeled precautions.

Google on " Safety Data Sheet Moisture Cure"
Get the brand name. It seems "moisture cure" is a somewhat generic term and can be any of a number of different coating products including paint.
