Probably not. Freezing mayonnaise is not recommended.

Thanx. Can you think of any vegetable kugel that do freeze well raw? Any good recipes to pass on?

Can't you freeze kugels cooked? It's easier that way.

It's easier yes. However, I have some very picky eaters who do taste the difference . In the big picture it's easier to freeze anything I can raw since my kids will eat it that way happily.

Broccoli kugel is one recipe that is simple enough that you don't have to freeze raw. Since the broccoli is already cooked before being frozen, a you have to do is defrost and mix with eggs, mayo and seasonings. Then bake.

I never heard that you're not supposed to freeze mayonnaise. I think it's fine to prepare a broccoli kugel and freeze it raw. Also, I know people who bake their potato kugels half way, then cool and freeze. When you're ready to bake and serve it, just put it in the oven uncovered and bake again.
