Anyone have a good recipe for pretzel crusted chicken cutlets?

I dredge in flour. Then I dip in egg and roll in pretzel breadcrumbs mixed with lots of salt and sugar. I fry it. The kids love it.

I do egg mixed with mustard, then pretzel crumbs. It's hugely popular.
