For various reasons I want to try taking my child (going into pre-1-a) off gluten and dairy for a while to see if it helps anything. I'm worried about how this will work at school. Can anyone share tips and experiences? Obviously I'll have to send food from home but I know my child and she will not be happy about having something different than the others. I don't know whether this is worth it but I feel like I need to try just in case.
Has anyone done this and did it help? Issues are allergies, emotional, and behavioral.

I've been doing this all summer with same age child. I promised her a gift she is excited for. Bitty twins. I keep on repeating it that it's special healthy food cuz she's going to be a healthy girl. She feels extremely proud w it.
