I am on vacation. I need ideas especially for supper. No dairy. No meat. No oud. No kosher supermarkets.

Yesterday was tuna patties with salad for supper. Today was omelettes, rice, corn and sweet peppers and onions. I made spaghetti with sauce for lunch. Tomorrow is PB & J on crackers.

TIA

Would you buy salmon at the local non kosher fish market?
Otherwise, how about a (canned) salmon quiche or frittata with warm garlic bread and a salad?
Falafel in pita or tortilla wraps with tehina and Israeli salad.
Lentil burgers on buns with all the fixins.
Grilled or roasted bounty of vegetables in wraps sprinkled with beans and buts.

The kids go fishing maybe they will catch something. LOL. I couldn't buy fish.

Would you have a receipe for lentil burgers? Thanks for the ideas.

I don't have an oven unless the one I am staying in can be kashered. I told DH to ask a sheila so for now everything must be stovetop.

I've used eggs as a binder instead of the tomato paste / soy sauce mixture and seasoned extra. And used 1.5 cans of lentils instead of cooking my own.

You can use spices you have on hand, don't buy extra, and taste and reseason before forming burgers.

You can make these stove top like you did with the tuna patties.

Sesame noodles with tofu.
Vegetarian fried rice.
Grilled portabella burgers (with buns and vegetables).
Burritos.
Shakshuka (with rice or potatoes or bread).
Avocados make great sandwiches for lunch with vegetables (you can add in hard boiled eggs if you want the protein).
