Seven Grain Challah

Hi I am looking for a seven grain, or a really healthy challah recipe, (not regular whole wheat recipe). If anybody knows of one, please post. I searched online and was not able to come up with anything.

A company called grain brain makes a multi grain flour blend. I do not know the proportions of each flour in the mix but you could maybe call and ask. It is available in the nyc area. I do not know about elsewhere...
It works with a regular whole grain challah recipe.
