I'm a special ed teacher. With degree in both general education and special education. We moved to lakewood last year and I still were unable to find a job in my field. Anyone has any tips on where to look? I don't mind working in public schools, early intervention, or even traveling to Staten Island. . . Etc. I looked in so many places already.

what about the public school districts around lakewood such as:
Of the bat there is the joseph capello school in mercer county, and the asher holmes school in marlboro ....
Maybe search by district/county

It this is still relevant... Maybe try going for a sub/ maternity leave position if you can't find anything at this point. I know people who started off at day schools as substitutes and were offered positions the next year. Or start a playgroup temporarily and part time (like watching infants while parents are getting their kids to/from school).
