• 4 chicken bottoms or 4-6 chicken cutlets
• 1 large onion diced
• 1 box fresh mushrooms sliced (I used canned)
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 1 cup water
• 2 tablespoons onion soup mix
Preheat oven to 375. Sauté onions and mushroom in oil. Add water and onion soup mix bring to a boil. Combine this mixture with chicken pieces or cutlets in a pan. Bake covered for 1 1/2 – 2 hours for chicken on the bone and an hour for chicken cutlets.
