Ok ladies who are good at baking fixes (if its possible with this situation)! I made the mocha cake from the by cookbook in a bundt pan, and I couldnt get it out. That doesnt usually happen to me! Finally after steaming etc, I got out the top half of the cake. I turned it over and put on the glaze, so it just looks like a short bundt cake. basically its just the top of a bundt so that part is pretty.
a) can I still serve that to company
b) is there anything I can do with the half cake that is still in the bundt pan?
Thanks!

I would crumble the rest of the cake and freeze it then use it as a topping on mousse or ice cream.

This happened to me the afternoon of a party and panicked I made it into a trifle. The guests raved and I just smiled
Cake pops are very trendy now and use smushed cake as an ingredient.

I am confused about how you got the top part of the cake out, while the bottom stayed stuck in the pan...?

Lol I banged on the bottom of the pan and half came out, I just cut it so the bottom is smooth-ish, then turned it over onto a platter.

Right so it's really the bottom that I made a top. Oy.
