1. Quick, simple divrei torah on the parsha to be emailed to me weekly. Does such a thing exist? And/ or a synopsis of short, inspirational divrei torah that I can print out and read one each week.
2. Short, inspirational thoughts (not on the parsha) to be emailed to me daily. Is there such a service I can sign up for? Not looking so much for a halachic type of thing, more mussar or self improvement type.
3. Shiurim that I can listen to that is mussar related/ focused on self improvement. I am interested in all things psychological (for ex: I really enjoyed "From Anger to Forgiveness by Mordechai Weinberger that someone here once posted about. I think he is a social worker?).
