I'm very clueless when it come to fashion...

Is it ok to wear skirts like these in the winter

If I get the dark colors? I rather not spend a lot of money (but still want to look in style) and these seem to be on sale from the summer. I'm wondering if I'm missing something here - if there's a reason their on sale and I'm just not getting it.... (like if their only for the summer...)

they are probably cotton and\or guazy type of material which is more of summery look.

It's not the best. Thin cotton. Would look off with winter tops and you'll be cold with lightweight tops Sad
