Certainly the home would be suitable for anyone but it is in the heart of the ever growing religious community of South Bend, IN so it may be interesting for a religious family. It's a small town with growing amenities and extremely affordable prices. The detail about the low-chemical house (for many years) may be important for someone with chemical sensitivities or allergies. It also has a 3/4 basement I believe it's called which could easily be turned into a number of bedrooms or playroom, etc.
