DD can no longer have dairy, eggs or chicken. She doesn't want salad every day for lunch- any other packable healthy nonfattening lunch ideas.

Depending on tour budget, what DD likes and what school allows you can try some of these:

Peanut butter or other nut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread

Veggie burger sandwich

Tuna sandwich

Other fish, fish patties

Quinoa or other whole grain dish with veggies

Whole grain rice and lentils

Soy/tofu products

Whole wheat tortilla with beans, avacado, tomato, etc.

They have pareve cheeses you can get, as well as pareve deli/hot dogs. but if she doesnt like those, you can make mini veggie pizza's minus the cheese. load it with sauce and veggies and drizzle a bit of oil on top. Fish sticks which you can put on bread with lettuce, tomato and ketchup, mayo mustard..., Chumus sandwich or rice cakes . Tuna, salmon with veggie side, butter and/or jam sandwitch, (if no peanuts allowed in school). if your daughter is old enough, pack a thermos of veggie soup, veggie chilli... If you need I have a dairy and egg free cheesecake recipe that is AMAZING. so close to the real thing! Also have a roll recipe and pizza dough recipe without egg.And a few meals you can make for shabbos as well Smile Let me know if you would like them. Smile

We got into healthier pastas made from kamut, spelt or soy/mung beans which I mix with tomato sauce and roasted vegetables. I use beyond meat ( a vegan product) when I need a break from beef. I make lots of cheese less pizzas and calzones. There are good recipes with fried eggplant or mushroom pesto that are rich enough without dairy. Does she like lentils, beans or chickpeas? You can make pickled salmon which lasts a while and is good cold.
