I just made a bunch of potato bourekas and made double the amount of mashed potatoes filling that I need. Can I freeze it? If yes, whats the best way to reheat? Thanks!

It can be frozen if it's not a liquidy mash. Thaw fully. Warm tightly covered in the oven until steaming hot (make sure really steaming).

If you add a egg yolk or two depending on how potatoes you have it will keep fresh.
