In general, you walk around LSC looking at the various exhibits. Most are fixed, and there are always a few rotating temporary ones. Look at the web page for what's currently there. I assume by shows you mean the IMAX shows, which should also be listed on their web page. There used to be one based on the movie Avatar, but most of them are innocuous and shouldn't pose any issue.
Usually ones dealing with nature are safe, though they may make mention of an age of the world that exceeds 5775 years. In general it's a very wholesome family-friendly place to go, and should be fine for a yeshivishe date.
