In past years the board of ed has always allowed providers to service students of any age regardless of their actual license. For example, if someones license specifies grades 5 thru 9 they will still be allowed to work with students in first grade. Has anyone heard if that will continue this year? I haven't heard otherwise. Ty

In past years you needed to get special permission and prove that there was not another provider available .
I don't know anything regarding this aspect, this year, but I know that in general they are cracking down on a lot of things.
