I would like to try the mushroom kugel that was in the Ami sukkos recipes collection. Am I best of making it fresh at the last minute or would it freeze okay? It is sliced sauteed mushrooms, onion, mayo, eggs, spices, flour. Thanks!

I freeze mushroom boreka, orzo with mushrooms and mushroom soup and they freeze well.
