I am IY"H going to Israel for Succos. Can anybody give me tips on the weather so I can know what to pack?

Hard to say. RH was in the 90s, but it's cooled down a bit. I'd pack assuming anywhere between 60 at night and 95 in the day- removable layers are always a good idea here. B'ezrat Hashem it will rain at some point in the next couple of weeks.

It could be anything! Be prepared for hot weather, and bring layers just in case.

not ANYTHING... it wil NOT be cold or probably even cool. expect anywhere from warm to boiling

Rain, dust, humidity, heat, sun, dry desert winds (hamsin) - anything other than extreme cold and snow is a possibility. Succot is a transition season. Also depends where in Israel you will be staying.
On average though late September is still quite warm and sunny all over Israel.
More Summer than Autumn.
Evenings, especially in the mountains can be chilly.

Last year was positively delightful. So much so that we spent all afternoon of the first day in the sukka bcz. it was so pleasant. (Not bcz. we're so frum). So you never know. There have been years where everyone sits dripping sweat into their salads.
