I heard that one can wash plastic stuff ie containers etc with any sponge milky or meaty and use it for what one wants. Im sephardi. So how to wash up plastic??

You're asking a largely ashkentoozi group. We hold that plastic must be one or the other. Dish soap and a sponge or scrubbie of the appropriate denomination. And if hand-washing, know that plastic that's been used with something like chicken or salad with olive oil dressing and is therefore greasy has to be washed TWICE with full-strength dishwashing liquid. Not for kashrus reasons but for practical ones. Plastic is a grease magnet and no matter how much soap you use, it takes two rounds to get it squeaky-clean. Soap up once and you'll be able to write your name in the grease slick left behind.
