Does anyone know whether one can use face serums on Shabbos? My skin gets dry without moisturising and since serums are liquid in consistency I wonder if they can be used.

I just use coconut oil (on weekdays too, but point being it is ok for Shabbos) - mine is liquid in my kitchen, I guess it's always warm enough in there.
