I hear there is a new Chabad seminary in Israel: Machon Bina. Does anyone have any information on it? What is this seminary like? How is it different from the existing seminaries? What kind of girls go there? How did their first year go? Any information will be appreciated.

I heard that it's a good seminary. The first year was ok. Not sure how stable it is though. Last year it was next to a yeshiva which wasn't a good situation. I'm not sure where it's located this year. What kind of girl is the one that you're asking for & what kind of seminary is she looking for?
