we are going away for the first days of succos and coming home monday night. my husband doesnt want me being busy on tuesday and wednesday with the cooking, so I am trying to get as much done this week as I can. I have leftover, which definitely helps, and im starting to put a menu together today.
so.....
barbara, can you please post the recipes for your fake cheese sauce and pineapple kugel? thanks!!
and AZmom can you please post your sweet potato and meet pockets recipe? thanks so much guys!!

Just wanted to say that I made this for the first time this Rosh Hashana and it was a huge hit! And SOOOO easy to make. Delicious and refreshing.
