Babysitter sleep solutions??

my 4 month old baby will only sleep in a car seat for naps at the babysitter. She told me she tried the pack and play many times but to no avail..he just cried and cried and won't fall asleep. I don't know what to do, bec I feel like this is contributing to our sleep issues at home.. I never ever put the baby in car seat to sleep at home, only crib (occasionally falls asleep in swing when I put him cuz I have to deal with the other kids) but lately he is giving me major issues staying asleep in the crib at night, and has a hard time falling back asleep when wakes up at night..and I'm wondering if the car seat naps during the day are contributing.. Besides for the fact that I'm not really happy for him to sleep in a car seat in the first place...I'm not sure what to even tell the babysitter, I can't really ask her to sleep train... I can't see her being comf letting a baby cry.. And I don't even know if that's right.. Please help a tired mama! I need advice!

Can you borrow her pack n play that she uses and sleep train him at home over the weekend so when he gets back to the babysitter he can hopefully nap nicely in said pack n play?

Maybe buy a real mattress for the pack and play. Try having the baby sleep in a pack play at home for a few nights. I did it with my baby pre yuntif and she slept nicely in one since she was used to it even though we were away.
