A few weeks ago, when I was giving my daughter her (fish oil content) vitamin, it burst open, and got on her skirt. Unfortunately, even though it has been through the laundry a couple of times, it still has a fish smell, and she understandably refuses to wear it.
I am trying to put vinegar in a pre rinse cycle now, but it doesn't seem to be working.
I can't afford to waste clothes like this. Does anybody have any tips for me on how to get the smell out?
Thanks.

Baking soda in the washer is my go to for this, sometimes multiple times. If that doesn't work, I head to the dry cleaners. You can tell them it's oil based. I'm assuming that you haven't put it through the dryer.

Sadly, it has been through the dryer. Is there any rescuing this?
