Could H Pylori cause one to have a parasite?

DD might have had a parasite in her stools tonight

She has recently been treated for h pylori. Could they related?

DD had something stuck in her backside that looked like a worm and I had to pull it out.

Might be pinworm, very common in young children. Over-the-counter treatment is easily available. Call the ped.

Pinworms are like thread. Not like rope which is what DD had Sad And not 4 inches long. Sad

H pylori is notoriously hard to treat. I don't know about being connected to parasites. But it would be worthwhile to get her retested for that to see if it's gone.
I think a stool test is used to test for parasites. It's not hard to do, so why not get her tested for that as well?
