1/2 c. oil
1/8 cup vinegar (any except I find balsamic a bit too strong for this dressing)
small spoonful of dijon mustard
some salt and Italian seasonings
a generous portion of dill

olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, crushed garlic

oil, vinegar, chopped onions, crushed garlic, basil, salt and pepper. or switch basil for oregano and mustard powder. I do this on plain tomatoes - yum.
