Im going to be in Stanford hill for a Simcha...how does the Taxi-car service system work? do I need to have the exact fare? does anyone have any phone numbers from them?
I will be staying on Alerton Road corner Queen Elizbeth Road,
Im asking on behalf of my husband what shuls mens mikvahs are there nearby?
How far from Satmar? which street is Satmar?

Try Emes car service. 8211 7755
I don't think you need exact fares. Call and book one when you need a taxi.
There is a women's mikva on Queen Elizabeth walk, (walk not road) also the adas yisrael shul, I think. Not sure where satmar shuls are. Or mens mikvos. I think my family use the viznitz mens mikva on stamford hill (by colburg place).
For further research you might want to note that it is spelled Stamford Hill and Allerton Road.

Emmes cars is 020 8809 4444 when calling from Stamford Hill.
Satmar is on 26 Clapton common and about 30 minute wall from where you are staying. You can call emmes and just tell them you want to get to Satmar shul they know all shul locations. It costs £3 for a local fare.

You dont need exact fare you can pay by card over the phone but there is a 10% charge for that. |

Pinters of 45 Heathland Road is not all that far and has a mikva. There is a Satmar nearby too, at 67 Heathland Road (corner Fairholt), but it's only open on Shabbos AFAIK. Ask someone local for more info.
