I don't have melatonin drops, I have the chewable pills. I was giving her one pill which is one mg, but I suppose I could cut it in half and try again. I would have to hide it in her food or she won't take it.

I've thought of her having odd, and I'm going to address it at the play therapy next week.

Thanks for the suggestions.

BTW, allergies can look exactly like ODD, so do make sure you get the allergy tests done before you draw any conclusions. I've known so many kids with behavior problems, who have suffered because parents can't be bothered to alter the family menu. "But Yossi LOVES dairy, I just can't take it away from him! And what about the other kids?" In the meantime, Yossi is terrorizing the other kids, and his siblings would probably trade all the dairy in the world if they could have a peaceful house and calm parents.

Same amother as theraputic listening here.
My daughter was also a terrible eater. She threw up her formula, gagged up baby food and didn't start solids until close to a year. We started feeding therapy at 2 when we realized she needed extra assistance. Her therapist went through her daily menu and realized dd was eating mostly dairy. She advised me to to take her off dairy and see how her behavior changes. I don't really understand it so well, but she basically said that sometimes people gravitate towards food that they are sensitive too.
Once I took her off dairy, I saw a big change in her behavior. I think she may have other food sensitivities too, but never got around to going to a specialist.

Im not ruling out allergies. I'm willing to look into anything that might help.

I'm not so familiar with listening therapy.
