I knew the family & have been totally devastated by the tragedy.
I really hope that Shani & the boys will recover from this unbelievable tragedy.
My heart breaks for all of them  .

The boys are both home and seem to be functioning (saw them around the neighborhood), one still has his hands bandaged up. They are surrounded by a lot of love and support.
Shani is still in the hospital having her ankle put back together or something. She too is supported by many friends and community members. I imagine she will have the hardest emotional recovery given her stage of life...

Shani is in rehab. Her ankle has been saved, but may still need more surgeries.
The boys are home, Yaakov still has bandages on his fingers. (He had surgery on his fingers during the Shiva.) Avi is fine. They have a lot of friends who are helping them a lot.
