I put a whole leftover roast in my freezer after y"t and I want to use it for shabbos. Any ideas on what to do to give it a fresh zing?
Thanks!

Make pulled beef. I like equal parts water and bbq sauce and shred with two forks. I serve it as sandwiches or tacos. You can make a deliciouis meat sauce for pasta using shredded meat instead of ground meat.

Add shreds to mushroom barley soup.
Add slivers to fried rice.
Make eggrolls or turnovers with the shredded meat.

Heat it in a pot with sauteed onions and mushrooms and water. Will be delicious!
