Thanks.
I used the recipe I doofor cornflake crumb in the oven
Cut strips
Coat with mayo
Then crumbs
Bake
It didn't come out as crunchy as I wished, but I didn't bake it for too long since I froze it for YT. Hopeful when I reheat them, they'll crisp up

anyone had this when they made this chicken:
first of all I couldnt get the rice crispie mixture to stick to the chicken
also it wasn't crispy!

I once made by dipping chicken in egg then in crushed rice crispies it was delicious. I loved the extra crunch. I didn't grind them into a powder just put them in a bag and crushed a little, some pieces were still while and you got that snap crackle pop when you ate the chicken. I really liked it. My husband prefers the cornflake chicken.
