Does anyone have a recipe for orzo that's cooked in chicken stock? TIA

The Kosher Pallete has one.
I think it's sautee a box of raw orzo till toasted. Add in 4 cups of chicken stock brought to a boil and bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350? The recipe calls for French Fried Onions to be put on as a topping before baking.
Maybe someone can double check this for me.
