I am cooking a bag of rice for sushi and I out in 12 cups of water instead of 9. What do I do????

Pour or ladle out 3 cups of water. I assume you're still cooking the rice. If the rice is fully cooked, drain it in a colander, and then turn it out on a clean dishtowel to absorb excess moisture.

After you drain the rice you can keep it on a low flame and let it steam if it is not yet fully cooked. Good luck!
