I adore my rescue dogs, and they are every bit as cute as an expensive purebreed. In my experience, rescued dogs are far more loyal and affectionate than professionally bred dogs. I've had both. The pure bred dogs have a sense of entitlement (for lack of a better word), but rescue dogs seem to really know that you've saved their lives, and they will worship you forever.

Oh I'm sorry! Go get one! Was really stressed one day and just Watching a dog playing brightened my mood. Wish I wasn't allergic to animals, they do wonders for the soul

I want a puppy too! Well no actually I want a grown up dog. Puppies chew everything and pee everywhere and need attention in middle of the night.

I want a doggy! I've wanted once since I'm a little girl but it never works out. Crying

We have been helping a friend who breeds cats by fostering the pregnant cats and keeping them and the kittens with us until it is time for them to move on. I love the deal. No expense, cute furry animals, and no permanent responsibility.
